As a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialists and Personal Trainers, we will help you maximize your athletic potential.
Semi-private training includes:
● Semi-private sessions 1-3 times per week (groups of 4 athletes max)
● Support via instant messaging
● Home and travel programming with video demonstrations
● Online benchmark and metric tracking
● Individual programming based on your assessment
