  • In a LIIT class you can expect a conditioning class that utilizes bikes, rowers, and dumbbells without high impacts on your joints.

Classes are held from 10am - 11am on Tuesday and Thursday weekly!

If it is your first class just show up a few minutes beforehand and we will get you all set up!
